All sales of digital downloadable products (such as LUT packs, presets, settings guides, templates, and other downloadable files) are final. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the download has been delivered or accessed, I do not offer refunds as a matter of course.
I do make things right in good faith. If a file is corrupted, fails to download, was charged in error or duplicated, or is materially different from what was advertised, contact me through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase and I will provide a working replacement or, where appropriate, a refund. This refund policy is shown to you before you pay so you know the terms before you buy.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because my products are downloadable files delivered immediately, that right works differently. When you buy and request immediate access to a download, you expressly agree that delivery begins right away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download begins. You will receive confirmation of your order and of that consent by email.
This does not take away your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the quality you are legally entitled to, you keep your rights under applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU rules), and those rights cannot be waived. In that case, contact me and I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund as the law requires.
